dc.description.abstractЗазначено, що спалах коронавірусної хвороби охопив всі групи населення, у тому числі й атлетів різної спортивної кваліфікації та вікових груп. Розроблено та апробовано програму фізичної терапії одноборців-ветеранів високої кваліфікації (на прикладі самбістів-ветеранів 45-49 років) після лікування коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)). Запропоновано використання спеціальних психофізичних та функціональних комплексів в системі фізичної терапії одноборців, які сприятимуть формуванню в них готовності до змагальної діяльності на різних етапах багаторічної підготовки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractToday, there is an outbreak of Coronavirus Disease COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2), which in its scale has affected all groups of the population, including athletes of various Sports and age groups. In these circumstances, the importance of finding new forms, methods and means of Physical Rehabilitation of athletes (different Sports qualifications and age groups) after treatment of Coronavirus Disease, which emphasizes the relevance of the chosen area of Scientific Research and its Practical orientation. The main Purpose of the study is to develop and test a Program of Physical Therapy for highly Qualified Veterans after treatment of Coronavirus COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2). Research methods: analysis and generalization of the Results of Scientific and Methodological, Special (reference literature) and relevant research areas of Internet resources, expert evaluation, Instrumental Research Methods (video analysis, biomechanical analysis), Methods of Mathematical and Statistical data processing. In order to test the Program of Physical Therapy developed by the members of the research group (Table 1), a Pedagogical Experiment was conducted (2nd stage of the research). The study involved Sambo Wrestlers of older age groups (Veterans 44, 45, 47 years, respectively, n=3 people., Сodes: K, A and C), which recovered after treatment with Coronavirus disease COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) complicated by Pneumonia, and which on the Recommendation of Doctors admitted to Training. Prior to the beginning of the Pedagogical Experiment, the level of formation of basic Physical Qualities and Special Physical readiness was at a low level (Fig. 1), which is associated with the disease they suffered. During the Pedagogical experiment, the studied Veteran Sambo Wrestlers used the Program of Physical Therapy developed by us (Table 1). At the end of the Pedagogical experiment (November 2020), members of the Research group conducted a control test of the level of formation of basic Physical Qualities and Special Physical readiness (Fig. 1) of the studied Sambo Veterans of the Experimental group. It should be noted that the initial level of Physical and Special Physical readiness of the studied Martial Arts Veterans of high Qualification is set in accordance with the control tests for the disease. Comparing the indicators before and after using our proposed Physical Therapy Program (Table 1), it was found that the results obtained at the end of the Pedagogical Experiment in the studied Sambo Wrestlers significantly increased compared to baseline and these differences are mostly significant (Eg, P≤0.05).uk_UA

Разработана и апробирована программа физической терапии одноборцев-ветеранов высокой квалификации (на примере самбистов-ветеранов 45-49 лет) после лечения коронавирусной болезни (COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)). Предложено использование специальных психофизических и функциональных комплексов в системе физической терапии одноборцев, которые будут способствовать формированию готовности к соревновательной деятельности на разных этапах многолетней подготовки.uk_UA
