dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано діяльність спеціальних підрозділів поліції таких країн, як Польща, Німеччина та США. Визначено пріоритетних напрями формування особистості бійця вітчизняних підрозділів поліції особливого призначення. Охарактеризовано поліцейські функції спеціальних підрозділів поліції, розглянуто умови створення та визначено чинники їх реорганізації. Подано відомості щодо етапів відбору, організаційної структури і матеріально-технічного забезпечення, виокремлено загальні тенденції, характерні для спеціальних підрозділів поліції зазначених країн. Установлено спільні особистісні якості, вдосконалення яких дасть змогу підрозділам поліції особливого призначення ефективно виконувати завдання, що на них покладаються. The activity of special police units of such countries as Poland, Germany and the USA has beenanalyzed. The analysis has beencarried out in order todetermine the priority areas of the do-mestic special police units member’spersonalityformation, as well as in the extreme combat conditions.In the process of theoretical analysis, the basic principles of training police officers serving in special police units of foreign countries have been determined.The study of special literature has made it possible to state that the training of future officers of the special police unit will consist of two key structural elements, namely basic training, includ-ing physical, psychological, medical and fire training, and special training, the essence of which is to acquire and improve skillsrelated to the profile of the special police unit.The latter involves the acquisition of knowledge of mine action, techniques for using a radio station, tech-niques of forced entry into the building and release of hostages, skills of extreme control and techniques of aiming fire at the vehicle, scuba diving techniques and express interrogation methods.A general description of the police functions of special police units in countries such as Poland, Germany and the United States is given.The conditions that prompted the creation of new po-lice units with special functions in these countries are considered, the factors of their reorgani-zation from the beginning to the present are determined.Information on the stages of selec-tion, organizational structure and logistics is provided.The general tendencies characteristic of special police divisions of the mentioned countries are singledout, among which there are in-creased requirements and strictly regulated selection, special status within the branch de-partment and identical functional responsibilities.Taking into account the requirements for special forces, they will be able to perform tasks ef-fectively if they have certain qualities, including, in our opinion, persistence, self-control, inde-pendence and determination.The se paration of these qualities in the future will allow to consider the implementation of the latest tools and methods in the training of members of domestic special police units. Проанализирована деятельность специальных подразделений полиции таких стран, как Польша, Германия и США. Определены приоритетные направления формирования личности бойца отечественных подразделений полиции особого назначения. Охарактеризованы полицейские функции специальных подразделений полиции, рассмотрены условия и определены факторы их реорганизации. Представлены сведения об этапах отбора, организационной структуры и материально-технического обеспечения, выделены общие тенденции, характерные для специальных подразделений полиции указанных стран. Установлены общие личностные качества, совершенствование которых позволит подразделениям полиции особого назначения эффективно выполнять возлагаемые на них задачи.uk_UA
