dc.description.abstractУточнено ключові особливості міграційних викликів на Європейському ринку праці в умовах війни. Констатовано, що в умовах військової напруженості та ускладненої гуманітарної ситуації формуються чисельні міграційні виклики, серед яких найбільш загрозливим є невідновлювальні втрати економічної системи та соціальної сфери, які виникають внаслідок постійного вимушеного відтоку людських ресурсів у працездатному віці. Сукупний вплив міграційних викликів може призвести до величезних дисбалансів ринку праці, які можуть поставити під загрозу існування цілих галузей економіки. Наголошено, що перед приймаючими країнами постає низька міграційних викликів на ринку праці, серед яких: додаткова конкуренція на внутрішньому ринку праці; втрати економіки від розширення нелегального ринку праці приймаючих країн; збільшення податкового навантаження на офіційно працевлаштованих громадян; ризик зменшення кількості вакансій на ринках праці внаслідок нової хвилі епідемії коронавірусу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractEurope is rightly considered to be one of the parts of the world within which the labor market hasbeen formed and acted with the greatest contrasts and challenges, the existence of which generateslabor migration processes, which gain the greatest capacity if the factor of a military threat comesinto force. This is due to the fact that currently there are a little more than 700 million people inEurope who are distributed across the territories of 50 countries. At the same time, the leastdeveloped countries of Europe are not just countries of the basing of potential migrants, but ratherpopulated territories with growing economic, political, demographic, national-legal instability, whichproduces different types of conflicts, in particular military ones. Therefore, the study is aimed atclarifying the key features of migration challenges on the European labor market in the conditions ofwar. According to the results of the study it is stated that in a classical case, migration flows fromcountries of migrant base to host countries are controlled, so allow to solve a number of urgentproblems on labor markets. However, in the conditions of high military tension and complicatedhumanitarian situation numerous migration challenges are formed, among which the most dangerousis the unrecoverable losses of the economic system and social sphere, which arise as a result ofconstant forced outflow of human resources in working age. The combined impact of migrationchallenges can lead to huge labor market imbalances that can pose a threat to existence of entiresectors of the economy. The labor markets of the host countries of Europe are usually developed, inparticular, they lack labor resources. At the same time, the influence of COVID-19 reduced the numberof vacancies in the labor market. Thus, the host countries face low migration challenges in the labormarket. For the host countries of Europe, among the following risks are: additional competition inthe domestic labor market, which may increase unemployment in lower-prestige vacancies; economiccosts from the expansion of the illegal labor market of the host countries; increased tax burden onofficially employed citizens; risk of reducing the number of vacancies on labor markets due to thenew wave of the corona epidemic.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractУточнены ключевые особенности миграционных вызовов на Европейском рынке труда в условиях войны. Констатировано, что в условиях военной напряженности и осложненной гуманитарной ситуации формируются многочисленные миграционные вызовы, среди которых наиболее угрожающие невосстановительные потери экономической системы и социальной сферы, возникающие вследствие постоянного вынужденного оттока человеческих ресурсов в трудоспособном возрасте. Совокупное влияние миграционных вызовов может привести к огромным дисбалансам рынка труда, которые могут поставить под угрозу существование целых отраслей экономики.uk_UA
