dc.description.abstractРозкрито зміст поняття «деформація правової свідомості». Розглянуто сучасні наукові підходи до класифікації форм деформації правової свідомості. Досліджено характер впливу сучасних трансформаційних процесів на процеси деформації правової свідомості в перехідному суспільстві. Визначено особливості деформації правосвідомості в сучасному суспільстві, що трансформується.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe content of the concept of “deformation of legal awareness” has been revealed. The basic modern scientific approaches to classification of deformation forms of legal awareness have been considered. The nature of the impact of current transformation processes on the processes of deformation of legal awareness in the transitional society has been researched. The peculiarities of deformation of legal awareness in the transforming society have been established. It has been indicated that when regulatory requirements are perceived by an individual only as far claims there is either formal or indifferent attitude to legal requirements or negative emotional reaction to the legal phenomenon. In this case there is a real threat of the default of legal obligations of implementing an offense. It has been emphasized that the defects of legal awareness are mostly revealed in the behavioral component during the commission of offenses as the specific form of reflection of contradictions between social and individual legal awareness on the stage of the right realization. It has been determined that the crisis of legal awareness in the transition period of the statehood arises as a result of non-compliance of needs and interests, values and attitudes, norms and traditions of the subjects of legal relations. It has been emphasized that the specific of transition situation in the spiritual and legal field is that legal awareness not only reflects the already established legal phenomena, but also determines the nature of future ones. Due to this fact, the efforts to build a legal state should be aimed not only at improving the legislation, but also at enhancing the level of legal awareness of people.en
