dc.description.abstractРозкрито зміст матеріально-технічного забезпечення реалізації державної митної політики. Узагальнено групи ресурсів, з яких складається система матеріально-технічного забезпечення реалізації державної митної політики (митна інфраструктура). Розкрито особливості участі Державної фіскальної служби України, як основного суб’єкта реалізації державної митної політики, у міжнародних інфраструктурних проектах, орієнтованих на модернізацію та реконструкцію пунктів пропуску через державний кордон, створення функціональних модулів «Фільтр пункту пропуску». Окреслено необхідні передумови функціонування ефективного механізму управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням реалізації державної митної політики.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe content and main features of material and technical support for the implementation of the state customs policy, as well as the stages of its organization, are revealed. The groups of resources that make up the system of logistical support for the implementation of the state customs policy (customs infrastructure) are generalized. The issues of functioning of information systems and information processing centers in the framework of the implementation of the state customs policy in Ukraine are detailed. The relationship between the logistics and financial support of the implementation of the state customs policy has been established. The sources of financing the logistics for the implementation of the state customs policy, as well as the development of the infrastructure of the respective subjects of its implementation, were identified. The peculiarities of the participation of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, as the main subject of the implementation of the state customs policy, in international infrastructure projects focused on the modernization and reconstruction of border crossing points, creation of functional modules "Pass Point Filter" are revealed. Attention is focused on the main perspective aspects of the improvement of the state customs policy. In particular, the necessary prerequisites for the functioning of an effective mechanism for managing the logistics of the implementation of the state customs policy are outlined. Prospective directions of optimization of the existing material and technical support for the implementation of the state customs policy of Ukraine and ways of improving the existing mechanism of public procurement of material and technical resources have been determined. It is proposed to regulate the order of planning, ordering and acquisition by the subjects of realization of the state customs policy of material and technical resources by adopting the relevant document - “Procedure of planning, ordering and acquisition by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and its territorial subdivisions of material and technical resources”.en

Сделанный обобщенный обзор группы ресурсов, из которых состоит система материально-технического обеспечения реализации государственной таможенной политики (таможенная инфраструктура). Раскрыты особенности участия Государственной фискальной службы Украины, как основного субъекта реализации государственной таможенной политики, в международных инфраструктурных проектах, ориентированных на модернизацию и реконструкцию пунктов пропуска через государственную границу, создание функциональных модулей «Фильтр пункта пропуска».
