dc.description.abstractВизначається, що суб’єктів оперативно-розшукової протидії злочинам проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканності особи можливо розподілити на основних (підрозділи карного розшуку) та допоміжних (підрозділи кіберполіції, по протидії торгівлі людьми, гласні та негласні, штатні та позаштатні працівники). Відмічено, що основні суб’єкті здатні одноособово проводити окреслену діяльність, натомість допоміжні – лише як у взаємозв’язку із основними, оскільки останні не уповноважені на це законодавством та не володіють усією оперативною ситуацією, а лише обмежуються рамками поставленого завдання.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the definition of the classification of subjects of operational search for countering crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity. To achieve the research goal, the author analyzes professional literature, current legislation and empirical material. In particular, taking into account the scientific opinion of specialists in the field of operational and investigative activities, the definition of the definition of «subject of operational and investigative activity» and its characteristics are given. At the same time, the subjects of operative and investigative activities, which are enshrined in the Law of Ukraine «On Operational and Investigative Activity», are determined, as a result, analyzing the this Law and other normative acts regulating the competence of the listed operational units of the Ukrainian law-enforcement system is summarized in the general form only units of the National Police of Ukraine have the right to carry out operatively-wanted counteraction to crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a person. The author also confirms the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, departmental and interdepartmental acts regulating the process of combating crime in general, and which determine the direction of activity of these subjects. Along with this, the author determines that the subject of the operative- search counteraction to the crimes of the investigated category are the units of the criminal police: criminal prosecution, operational and operational-technical service, units for counteracting drug addicts, cyberpolice, units to combat trafficking in human beings. At the same time, analyzing the normative acts, which confirm the basic features of the activities of the criminal investigation units, operative-technical and operational services, it is emphasized that only in the Statute of the Department of Criminal Investigation is defined as a duty to counteract crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity, and other entities, due to the specifics of their activities, are only indirectly subjects of operative and investigative counteraction to crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a person.en
dc.description.abstractОпределяется, что субъекты оперативно-розыскной противодействия преступлениям против половой свободы и половой неприкосновенности личности возможно разделить на основных (подразделения уголовного розыска) и вспомогательных (подразделения киберполиции, по противодействию торговле людьми, гласные и негласные, штатные и внештатные работники). Отмечено, что основные субъекте способны единолично проводить очерченную деятельность, зато вспомогательные – только во взаимосвязи с основными, поскольку последние не уполномоченные на это законодательством и не обладают всей оперативной ситуацией, а лишь ограничиваются рамками поставленной задачи.ru
