dc.description.abstractРозглянуто розслідування порушень підрозділами кримінальної поліції України на об’єктах експлуатаційного обслуговування машинобудівного комплексу та рекреаційно-туристичної сфери. Зроблено висновок, що нормативно-правові акти Міністерства внутрішніх справ та Національної поліції України не містять положень, які чітко визначають зміст інституту оперативних служб та його місце в системі оперативно-розшукових підрозділів по боротьбі зі злочинністю.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the investigation are the operational maintenance objects of the machine-building complex and the recreational-tourism sphere by criminal police divisions. The research methodology includes the following methods: general and special legal: monographic method, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative legal method, classifcation method, statistical method, abstractlogical method. Scientifc approaches to operating service defnition are considered. An analysis of the machinery construction complex and the tourist and recreational feld was carried out to achieve high standards of its operational service. As a practical dignifed facility of the machinery construction complex and the tourist and recreational sphere were ordered in appropriate groups to identify those in need of operational maintenance. It is concluded that the regulations of the Ministry of the Interior and the National Police of Ukraine do not contain provisions that clearly defne the content of the institution of operational services and its place in the system of operational and investigative units to combat crime.en

Сделан вывод, что нормативно-правовые акты Министерства внутренних дел и Национальной полиции Украины не содержат положений, которые четко определяют содержание института оперативных служб и их место в системе оперативно-розыскных подразделений по борьбе с преступностью.ru
