Визначено особливості такого рішення: доведення його змісту до відома всіх потенційних позивачів та особливість його преюдиційної сили. dc.description.abstractThe general properties of a court judgment according to the complaints in the interest of general public are stated. It is noted that the judicial practice in deciding the issue on the existence and nature of the public interest as an object of protection in cases about the protection of the rights of general public there are some difficulties in making and execution of a court judgment, because this concept is an estimated category that is not defined in national legislation. The key to solving this issue could be the application of the principles of constitutional and international law. It is concluded that while deciding on the category of cases that is studied, taking into account unspecified subjective composition on the side of a plaintiff, the court must provide the judgment to all potential claimants. The ways of providing the promulgation can be imposing the obligation on the defendant to inform consumers about the court judgment through the mass media or the publication of the judgment in the mass media by the court with putting relevant costs on the defendant. Objective limits of prejudicialness of the judgment about upholding of a claim in the interest of general public are spread on the fact of committing certain illegal actions and whether they have been committed by certain persons. Further a specific person when referring to the court is released from the obligation to prove the implementation of certain actions by this defendant. Subjective limits of prejudicialness of such a judgment are spread on all persons whose legal interests, rights and freedoms indirectly or directly this judgment concerns. Based on the conducted analysis of the features of the court judgment in cases about the protection of the rights of general public the authors have provided propositions for improving the civil procedural legislation of Ukraine.en
