dc.description.abstractДисертацію присвячено теоретико-соціологічній інтерпретації феномена ксенофобії, а також розробці методологічних основ технологізації діяльності ОВС України у сфері протидії проявам ксенофобії. Проаналізовано основні наукові теорії та пояснення ксенофобії у міждисциплінарному вимірі; у межах інтерпретативного підходу запропоновано соціологічну концепцію осмислення ксенофобії як соціального явища; удосконалено типологію форм прояву ксенофобії, розкрито специфіку «злочинів ненависті». Засобами емпіричної соціології досліджено аспекти українського молодіжного радикалізму. Окрему увагу приділено вивченню досвіду жертв ксенофобських практик і бар’єрів, які ускладнюють взаємодію з правоохоронними органами в контексті реагування на прояви ксенофобії. Проаналізовано світовий досвід поліцейського реагування на прояви ксенофобії та з його урахуванням запропоновано пакет соціальних технологій протидії проявам ксенофобії органами внутрішніх справ України.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThesis is devoted to theoretical sociological interpretation of xenophobia phenomenon, as well as to development of methodological foundations of the technologization of bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine activities in the sphere of counteraction to manifestations of xenophobia. Systematization of the definitions of the concept of xenophobia performed in the paper allowed author to define this concept as negative social perceptions (biased, stereotypical, superstitious) of the communities, groups and their particular representatives who are defined by the social consciousness as “strangers” resulting from their marking based on socially significant features of identity that are really inherent to them or attributed allegedly, and as social practices used towards aliens that are caused by the mentioned perceptions. Substantial and procedural levels of xenophobia phenomenon are distinguished in the paper, typology of the forms of its manifestations is refined, and substance of the social consequences of the proliferation of “hate crimes” in society is revealed. Theoretical and methodological bases of the study of xenophobia phenomenon based on interpretative approach in sociology, which uses provisions of sociology of knowledge, phenomenology, constructivism and S. Moscovici’s social perceptions theory, were further developed. Particularly, heuristic potential of social perceptions theory in explaining xenophobia phenomenon is revealed and its epistemological status in the context of social perspective is refined, so that social perceptions are proposed to be regarded as socially objective implications, i.e. as synonymous to the common-sense knowledge. By the means of empirical sociology structural features and forms of activity of the farright movement in Ukraine are studied; substance and structure of the far-right movement advocates’ negative perceptions towards the marked aliens, grounds for rationalizations and project-scenarios that legitimize violent practices, characteristics of the typical agents, basic structural forms, recruiting channels, incentives and types of activity of the far-right movement are revealed. Particular attention is given to the study of the victims’ experience of xenophobic practices and the barriers that hinder cooperation with the law-enforcement agencies in the context of reaction to manifestations of xenophobia. Global experience of the police reaction to manifestations of xenophobia is analyzed and, taking it into attention, a packet of social technologies of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine counteraction to manifestations of xenophobia is proposed. Proposed model of technologization of the bodies of internal affairs activity to counteract manifestations of xenophobia is built as a “chain” where interdependencies are formed in each subsystem and contains following stages: situation assessment; managerial influence; results analysis. Representing methodological basis, proposed model contains algorithm of activity, i.e. system of consecutive activities for the achievement of stated goal, and standard of activity – scientifically justified complex of technological influences, procedures and practices.en
dc.description.abstractДиссертация посвящена теоретико-социологической интерпретации феномена ксенофобии, а также разработке методологических основ технологизации деятельности ОВД Украины в сфере противодействия проявлениям ксенофобии. Проанализированы основные научные теории и объяснения ксенофобии в междисциплинарном измерении; в рамках интерпретативного подхода предложена социологическая концепция осмысления ксенофобии как социального явления; усовершенствована типология форм проявления ксенофобии, раскрыта специфика «преступлений ненависти». Средствами эмпирической социологии исследованы аспекты украинского молодежного радикализма. Отдельное внимание сфокусировано на изучении опыта жертв ксенофобских практик и барьеров, которые осложняют взаимодействие с правоохранительными органами в контексте реагирования на проявления ксенофобии. Проанализирован мировой опыт полицейского реагирования на проявления ксенофобии и с его учетом предложен пакет социальных технологий противодействия проявлениям ксенофобии органами внутренних дел Украины.ru
