dc.description.abstractResearch of internal stability of crime counteraction systems is carried out on the basis of the analysis and analogue formation of interactions between different counteraction subjects. To describe these interactions the following algorithm can be used. Ma - jor subsystems (social institutions) that define the features of its functioning are singled out in the system. Data on the number of the considered subject and the total material resources are used as the main characteristics to describe each of the subsystems. Based on the solution of differential equations describing the dynamics of these variables dependabilities, which are the result of certain processes are defined. Analysis of the specific processes of the crime counteraction system’s functioning with the use of the stated model consists of the following stages: 1) allocation of the structural elements of the system; 2) determination of the relationships between them and accomplished by them functions; 3) a qualitative description of features of the system and intersystem relations; 4) building the system of equations in the general form, which describe these processes; 5) specification of coefficients in equations; 6) record of the model in the form of differential equations with right components, depending on the parameters of crime counteraction functioning; 7) allocation of parameters and initial data of the fields that correspond to the studied real processes of counteraction; 8) research of the properties of the system of parameters in the chosen field by using mathematical modeling. Research of the stability of crime counteraction system can be carried out based on the analysis and modeling of competitive fighting of the subjects of crime counteraction with each other that includes both economic and political components. The base model of competitive fighting is formed on the basis of the formalization of general patterns, which characterize the interaction of political, socio-economic, socio-cultural, informational subsystems. It is the system of differential equations describing the change in the balance of powers of different subjects in the result of competitive fighting, and takes into account: time; spatial coordinates; indicator of dominance; the degree of influence. Herewith the first part of the equation has to describe the process of reproduction (renovation) of the subject of crime counteraction, and the second – reduction of its potential as a result of natural processes (self-destruction) and intersystem struggle (competition of subsystems between each other). Depending on the research objectives the suggested approach will make possible to simulate various aspects of competitive fighting of the subjects of crime counteraction: economic, political, ideological and others.en
