Анотація
Робота відноситься до проблематики взаємозв'язку і взаємовпливу мови, як лінгвокультурного
феномену, і злочинності, як явища соціального. У статті розглядаються евфемізми - стійкі
словосполучення, що виникають внаслідок когнітивного дисонансу, зумовленого порушенням соціальних
установлень. Робиться судження, що активне використання евфемізмів цього типу знижує рівень
правової свідомості населення.
The work is related to the problem of the relationship and interaction of language as linguocultural phenomenon and crime as a social phenomenon. The article deals with euphemisms - set phrases arising from cognitive dissonance caused by a violation of social arrangements. Judgment is made that the active use of euphemisms that reduces the level of law consciousness of the population. The socio-psychological mechanisms of reduced importance as a social taboo prohibitions which lead to social disorder are researched. Based on the fact that taboo as attitudes, expressed solely in verbal form, it is shown that one of the possible social and psychological mechanisms reduce the significance of taboos such as for verbal constructions aimed at creating attitudes to reduce the mandatory prohibition or denial from it. It is shown that routine correction settings often are relying on stable and phrases, which are the structural elements of the changed mentality, especially a phraseological units which are represented as euphemisms. Established that the process of language euphemisation is closely intertwined with the process of nomination - if the objects are the ethical, cultural, psychological and any other causes not called or called with difficulty. On the material of examples show that the process of euphemisation of violence in society leads to a decrease in legal awareness and promotes criminal acts.
Работа относится к проблематике взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния языка, как лингвокультурного феномена, и преступности, как явления социального. В статье рассматриваются эвфемизмы – устойчивые словосочетания, возникающие вследствие когнитивного диссонанса, обусловленного нарушением социальных установлений. Делается суждение, что активное использование эвфемизмов этого типа снижает уровень правого сознания населения.
