dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена узагальненню напрямків збору та використання оперативно-розшукової інформації у протидії злочинам, пов’язаним з терористичною діяльністю, визначенню змісту такої інформації та її значення для протидії досліджуваним злочинам. У статті здійсненорозподіл збору оперативно-розшукової інформації на стратегічний і тактичний рівні, визначено джерела отримання даної інформації та напрями її використання. Статья посвячена обобщению направлений сбора и использования оперативно-розыскной информации в противодействии преступлениям, связанным с террористической деятельностью, определению содержания такой информации и ее значения для противодействия исследуемым преступлениям. В статье осуществлен раздел сбора оперативно-розыскной информации на стратегический и тактический уровни, определены источники получения данной информации и направления ее использования. The articleis devoted to the generalization of collection and useofareas of operatively-search information for the detection, prevention and investigation of crimes related to terrorist activities, the definition of the contentofsuch information and it simportance to counter the crimes underinvestigation. The article presents the collection section of operatively-search information on the strategic and tacticallevels, operdelenysources of this information, and directions for it suse. Scientificnoveltyliesinthedistributionofthecollectionofoperationalinformationduringanti-terrorist activities on the strategic and tacticall evel, defining detailed sources of information in the sector and itsuse. According to the authors the process of collection, storage and sale of information about crimes related to terrorism operative divisions canbepresentedas a solution to the three typical problems: 1) aimsat the collection and accumulation of information to identifymanife stations of terrorism, whichis the time (fromseveral months to several years) operative divisions of lawen for cement, as a preventive or funded work. And there is no specific dataon specific individuals and the formation of that planter rorist activities; 2) operational activities of law enforcementagenciesaimedatobtainingin for mation in the course of certain search operations for the prevention and suppression of crimes related to terrorist activities; 3) ensuringtheuse of operational search methods of lawen for cement after the anti-terrorist operation, or after the crime, linked to terrorist activities. The nature of the collection of the above information, the authors dividedinto two levels. The first level concerns the collection of strategic information over a long period (from several months to several years) ofconsistentaccumulationofdata, their analysis, with further sale in the preventive actions. The second – the tactical level are active and operational units purpose fulactions of law enfor cementagencies to collect information about the objects of terrorism and specific criminal designs of terrorists.uk_UA
