Анотація
Розглянуто проблеми формування професійно-комунікативної компетентності дільничних офіцерів поліції. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «професійно-комунікативна компетентність майбутніх дільничних офіцерів поліції» як цілісної, складної інтегративної характеристики особистості, щo поєднує
сформованість комунікативних знань, вмінь, навичок, здібностей, професійно важливих
комунікативних якостей, детермінується професійною мотивацією і визначає ефективність професійного спілкування.
The article is dedicated to examining the issue of forming the professional-communicative competence of district police officers. The article aims to specify the essence and structure of the phenomenon of «professional-communicative competence of future district police officers.» The article provides a review of scientific research by domestic and foreign scholars and analyzes various approaches to interpreting the concepts of «competence,» «professional competence,» «communicative competence,» and «professional-communicative competence.» It is argued that the content of the professional-communicative competence of future district police officers consists of general and professional communicative knowledge, general and specific communicative skills and abilities, the formation of professional motivation, and the development of communicative qualities of the individual. It is substantiated that the formation of professional and communicative competence will contribute to the effective performance of professional functions by district police officers: informational, regulatory, communicative, preventive and educational. The author’s own definition of the concept of «professional and communicative competence of future district police officers» is suggested as a complex integrative characteristic of a personality that combines the formation of communicative knowledge, skills, abilities, professionally important communicative qualities, is determined by professional motivation and determines the effectiveness of professional communication. In the structure of professional and communicative competence of future district police officers, the following components are distinguished: knowledge-communicative (knowledge of laws and regulations governing the activities of district police officers, knowledge of the essence and features of professional communication of district police officers), motivational-personal (availability of professional motivation and professionally important personality qualities), professionalactivity (formation of communicative skills and abilities of professional communication).

Предложено авторское определение понятия «профессионально-коммуникативная компетентность будущих участковых офицеров полиции» как целостной, сложной интегративной характеристики личности, которая объединяет сформированность коммуникативных знаний, умений, навыков, способностей, профессионально важных коммуникативных качеств, детерминируемых профессиональной мотивацией и определяющих эффективность профессионального общения.
