Анотація
Наголошено, що проблема домашнього насильства залишається актуальною, незважаючи на всі досягнення цивілізації. Так насильство залишається однією з найпоширеніших форм порушення прав людини, від якого страждають переважно найбільш вразливі групи населення: діти, жінки, які перебувають в економічній, психологічній чи іншій залежності від чоловіка, партнера або батьків, люди з інвалідністю, люди похилого віку тощо. Визначено пріоритетні напрямки оптимізації правового забезпечення протидії насильству в сім’ї в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів в Україні, одним з яких є розробка й прийняття відповідного правового забезпечення.
In the modern world, the problem of domestic violence remains relevant, despite all the achievements of civilization. Thus, violence remains one of the most common forms of violation of human rights, which mainly affects the most vulnerable groups of the population: children, women who are economically, psychologically or otherwise dependent on their husbands, partners or parents, people with disabilities, the elderly, etc. The task of this study is to determine the priority areas of optimization of legal protection against family violence in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine, one of which is the development and adoption of appropriate legal protection. Ukraine at the state level recognized the existence of the problem of domestic violence in the family back in 2001. It is from this time that the national legislation on the prevention of family violence begins to be formed, which, of course, should be based on the developed international and European standards. In particular, a special law of the same name was adopted, which defined the organizational and legal principles of preventing and countering domestic violence, as well as the main directions of implementation of state policy in the field of preventing and countering domestic violence, which are aimed at protecting the rights and interests of victims of such violence. Legal acts on the issue of preventing and combating domestic violence in Ukraine are the Law of Ukraine dated June 20, 2022 "On the Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence and Combating These Phenomena"; The Law of Ukraine dated January 4, 2018 (as amended) "On Prevention and Combating Domestic Violence"; Decree of the President of Ukraine of September 21, 2020 No. 398/2020 "On urgent measures to prevent and counter domestic violence, gender-based violence, and protect the rights of victims of such violence". The ratification of the Istanbul Convention became the legal vector that directed the development of Ukrainian legislation in the direction of combating violence against women and domestic violence. Conventions are not an absolute means of eliminating, countering and eliminating such a socially dangerous phenomenon as domestic violence, but the ratification of this Convention is an important and valuable element in terms of modernization and improvement of existing legal means and methods of preventing and countering domestic violence. Trends and challenges in this area are outlined. Conclusions and recommendations are provided regarding the further priority direction of optimization of legal support for the protection of women's rights against domestic violence in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine.

Так насилие остается одной из наиболее распространенных форм нарушения прав человека, от которого страдают преимущественно наиболее уязвимые группы населения: дети, женщины, находящиеся в экономической, психологической или иной зависимости от мужчины, партнера или родителей, люди с инвалидностью, пожилые люди и т.д. Определены приоритетные направления оптимизации правового обеспечения противодействия насилию в семье в условиях евроинтеграционных процессов в Украине, одним из которых является разработка и принятие соответствующего правового обеспечения.
