dc.description.abstractУ статті на базі масиву статистичних даних визначено тенденції функціонування національної транспортної системи в контексті просторово-часового аспекту. Визначено переваги транспортної системи України серед безлічі країн світу. Встановлено, що функціонування національної транспортної системи здійснюється під впливом не тільки екзогенних, але й ендогенних чинників, які склались під впливом історичних, соціальних та інших процесів. До зовнішніх належать такі: вплив ринкових механізмів господарювання, організаційно-правові відносини, соціальні умови, безпека руху, інновації, маркетингові і логістичні фактори. До внутрішніх належать такі: інфраструктура, трудові ресурси, фінансові ресурси, екологічна ситуація. На основі аналізу показників, які характеризують зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище національної транспортної системи, проводиться оцінка тенденцій її функціонування, що дасть можливість пошуку загроз, проблем і перспектив її розвитку за допомогою SWOT-аналізу.ua
dc.description.abstractIn today’s conditions, when the integration of the economies of all states into the world economy is increasing, the volume of consumption of natural resources increases, the question of the stable and guaranteed assurance of their economic activity is all the more acute. It is impossible to solve this problem without proper development of the transport system. The peculiarities of the national transport system determine the importance of its effective functioning, on which the ecological, socio-economic and political integrity of our state, its political situation in the world and the standard of living of the entire population of the country depends on it. The development of a scientific approach influenced the work of domestic and foreign scientists, economists and practitioners who are engaged in research and solving problems of ensuring the stable functioning of different systems. The market principles of management, the changing economic situation and the imperfect regulatory and legal framework have necessitated the appropriate adaptation of the transport system. On this basis, there is a need to know the depths of processes and phenomena that occur, which cannot be achieved without relevant information, as well as its evaluation. The purpose of the paper is to determine the effectiveness of the functioning of the national transport system on the basis of a comprehensive situational analysis of the massive statistical data of the mega and macroeconomic environment, the infrastructure of the transport system, labor, financial and ecological resources, which allows estimating the spatio-temporal positioning of the transport system and identifying constraints, threats and problems of its development. Summarizing the results of a comprehensive system analysis of the functioning of the transport system of Ukraine in the space-time context, we can draw the following conclusions: firstly, the transport system plays an extremely important role in the life of the country and in the world economy as a whole. The development of international transport contributes to the expansion of international relations, increasing the volume of world trade. Ukraine has the necessary resources and advantages to create a developed transport system, an opportunity to take a leading role in the world of transport. It is characterized by a set of features, which constitute the prerequisites for the formation of a unique transport system; and secondly, its functioning is influenced not only by external but also by internal factors influenced by regional, historical, social and other processes. The external ones include: the influence of market mechanisms of management, organizational and legal relations, social conditions, traffic safety, innovation, marketing and logistics factors. The internal ones include: infrastructure, labor resources, financial resources, ecological situation; Thirdly, negative and positive tendencies in functioning of the transport system of the country, which lead to the search of threats, problems and prospects of its development with the help of SWOT-analysis, which will be the basis for further scientific researches, are revealed.en
