Анотація
Досліджено сутність адміністративно-правового забезпечення правоохоронної діяльності Державного бюро розслідувань. Розкрито сутність адміністративно-правового забезпечення правоохоронної діяльності. Проаналізовано особливості та напрямки правоохоронної діяльності зарубіжних органів, подібних до Державного бюро розслідувань. Визначено напрямки удосконалення адміністративно-правового забезпечення діяльності Державного бюро розслідувань.
The article states that in the course of understanding the essence of provision as such, we approach two pillars of its understanding through the prism of human activity – law and social norms as the main drivers and regulators of social behavior. Attention is focused on the fact that the essence of administrative and legal support of law enforcement activity in the narrow sense is reduced to normative and legal acts and individual areas of their improvement, considering foreign experience. It is emphasized that in the course of implementing public expectations regarding the restructuring of administrative morality at the level of activity of public administration subjects, the implementation of the strategically important path of building a transparent system of law enforcement agencies oriented to the needs of society, state-wide (national) bodies responsible for pre-trial justice were created in various countries of the world investigation of atypical, highly organized, especially at the level of the top management of the state, categories of criminal offenses. It is noted that issues of service in the bodies of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine are regulated by the Law of Ukraine «On the State Bureau of Investigation», the Law of Ukraine «On State Service»; at the level of secondary regulatory legal acts – by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated February 5, 2020 No. 41/2020, the Regulation on the completion of service by the rank and file members of the State Bureau of Investigation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 5, 2020 No. 743. On the basis of our analysis of many years of experience in the functioning of foreign bodies, similar to the State Bureau of Investigation, as well as the above-described fruitful cooperation of the latter with police units and the public, we offer individual points of Art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine «On the State Bureau of Investigations» as a separate authority of the State Bureau of Investigations in the field of law enforcement to specify «cooperates in the course of pretrial investigation of criminal offenses and preventive activities, exchanges information with the National Police of Ukraine»; «interacts with the public in the field of law enforcement and law education activities»

Раскрыта сущность административно-правового обеспечения правоохранительной деятельности.
