dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано категорію законності та визначено вплив факту існування юридичної відповідальності працівників Національної поліції України на стан законності в органах внутрішніх справ. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що законність є багатоаспектним соціально-правовим явищем, що відіграє особливу, визначальну роль в організації та здійсненні діяльності Національної поліції України. Сутність законності в організації та діяльності поліцейських полягає в тому, що в результаті дії законності як принципу, законності як методу діяльності поліцейських виникає режим суспільного життя, який характеризується тим, що більшість членів суспільства, суб'єктів права дотримуються і виконують зміст норм права. Доведено, що законність та юридична відповідальність є взаємопов'язаними правовими явищами, між якими існує прямий зв'язок.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the category of legality. The influence of the existence of the legal responsibility of the employees of the National Police of Ukraine on the state of legality in the internal affairs bodies was determined. The emphasis is placed on the fact that legality is a multifaceted socio-legal phenomenon that plays a special, decisive role in the organization and implementation of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. Legitimacy as a mode implies compliance with the requirements of the current legislation by participants in social relations that arise and are implemented in the field of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The rule of law in the work of the National Police of Ukraine provides for the establishment of an atmosphere of practical implementation of the idea of the rule of law in life, respect for the legitimate interests of citizens' rights and freedoms. Law fullness as a principle of law in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine provides that the employees of the National Police of Ukraine act on the basis, with in the limits of authority and in the manner prescribed by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. The essence of legality as a method of activity of the National Police of Ukraine is that: 1) police officers in the process of serving the service, applying the rules of law regarding specific circumstances of life, are based on the principles and requirements of law; 2) during the performance of duties and the realization of rights, the police do not go beyond the scope of their competence, act only with in the scope of law; 3) in the process of exercising control functions and oversight over the legality of the actions of participants in public relations, policemen ad here to legal procedures, use legal methods and methods. The essence of the lawfulness of the organization and activities of the police is that as a result of the rule of law as a principle, the rule of law as a method of police action arises a regime of public life, the rule of law. The rule of law is characterized by the fact that most members of society, subjects of law ad here to and comply with the content of the law. It is proved that legality and legal responsibility are interrelated legal phenomena, between which there is a direct connection.en
dc.description.abstractВ статье проанализирована категория законности и определено влияние факта существования юридической ответственности работников Национальной полиции Украины на состояние законности в органах внутренних дел. Законность является многоаспектным социально-правовым явлением, которое играет особую, определяющую роль в организации и осуществлении деятельности Национальной полиции Украины. Сущность законности в организации и деятельности полицейских заключается в том, что в результате действия законности как принципа, законности как метода деятельности полицейских возникает режим общественной жизни, режим законности. Режим законности характеризуется тем, что большинство членов общества, субъектов права соблюдают и выполняют содержание норм права. Доказано, что законность и юридическая ответственность являются взаимосвязанными правовыми явлениями, между которыми существует прямая связь.ru
