Анотація
Проаналізовано стан нормативно-правового забезпечення венчурного інвестування в сфері військових технологій в Україні, що впливає на інноваційну діяльність та привабливість у цій сфері, задля встановлення основних проблем та прогалин нормативно-правового регулювання та визначення можливих напрямків для їх вирішення.
This article analyzes the challenges and issues related to the regulatory framework for venture capital investment in the field of military technology (Military Tech) in Ukraine. The main problem addressed by the study is the insufficiency of the existing legislation regulating this area, especially in the context of the rapid development of military technologies, global challenges, as well as martial law and external aggression by Russia against Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to provide an in-depth analysis of the legal framework, identify the main gaps and problems, and develop recommendations for their solution. The study makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the current challenges and opportunities facing Ukraine in the field of venture capital investment in military technologies. The authors review existing regulations in detail, analyze their effectiveness, and point out key areas for improvement, including updating the legal framework, protecting intellectual property, stimulating innovation, and attracting investment. Particular attention is paid to the impact of martial law and external challenges that change priorities in the defense sector and require adaptation of the legal system. This study is important due to its relevance and practical significance, providing valuable advice to lawmakers, investors and other stakeholders in the context of strengthening Ukraine's national security and defense capabilities through innovative development in the field of military technologies.
Проанализировано состояние нормативно правового обеспечения венчурного инвестирования в сфере военных технологий в Украине, что влияет на инновационную деятельность и привлекательность в этой сфере, для установления основных проблем и пробелов нормативно правового регулирования и определения возможных направлений для их решения.
