dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню гендерних стереотипів у сучасному світі. Зазначено, що питання гендерної рівності постійно перебуває у полі зору держави. Акцентовано увагу, що будь-яке суспільство, що проголошує себе демократичним, мусить забезпечувати надання рівних можливостей кожному зі своїх членів. Встановлено, що термін «гендер» вказує на соціальний статус і соціально-психологічні характеристики особистості, які пов’язані зі статтю і сексуальністю, але проявляються лише у взаємодії з іншими людьми. Багатокомпонентна структура гендеру визначається чотирма групами характеристик: біологічна стать, гендерна ідентичність, гендерні норми і гендерні стереотипи. Наголошено на тому, що гендерні стереотипи відрізняються разючою життєстійкістю. Їх укоріненість у свідомості великої частини населення сприяє відтворенню стереотипів із покоління в покоління в процесі соціалізації. Виокремлено умовні групи гендерних стереотипів. Аналіз результатів соціологічних досліджень дозволяє виокремити найбільш поширені гендерні стереотипи – ті, які стосуються професійної діяльності.
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of gender stereotypes in the modern world. It is noted that the issue of gender equality is constantly in the field of view of the state. The author emphasises that any society that proclaims itself democratic must ensure equal opportunities for each of its members. It is established that the term "gender" indicates the social status and socio-psychological characteristics of a personality which are related to gender and sexuality, but are manifested only in interaction with other people. The multicomponent structure of gender is determined by four groups of characteristics: biological sex, gender identity, gender norms and gender stereotypes. It is emphasised that gender stereotypes are remarkably resilient. Their rootedness in the minds of a large part of the population contributes to the reproduction of stereotypes from generation to generation in the process of socialisation. The author identifies conditional groups of gender stereotypes. The analysis of the results of sociological research allows us to identify the most common gender stereotypes - those related to professional activities. It is established that gender stereotypes are a legacy inherited by modern society due to certain features of its historical development. This negative phenomenon has its roots in antiquity and remains in the minds of society. It is determined that gender stereotypes have a great resonance and significantly affect both family life and personal self-realisation of both men and women, and lead to negative phenomena in society. Establishing this relationship requires the development of appropriate programmes that would aim to overcome gender stereotypes, focusing on the fact that the social roles of men and women in the modern world are becoming more similar than in the past, although the problem of inequality and asymmetry of the roles of men and women in society remains.
dc.description.abstractСтатья посвящена исследованию гендерных стереотипов в современном мире. Отмечено, что вопрос гендерного равенства постоянно находится в поле зрения государства. Акцентировано внимание, что любое общество, провозглашающее себя демократическим, должно обеспечивать предоставление равных возможностей каждому из своих членов. Отмечено, что гендерные стереотипы отличаются поразительной жизнестойкостью. Их укоренение в сознании большой части населения способствует воспроизводству стереотипов из поколение в поколение в процессе социализации. Выделены условные группы гендерных стереотипов.
