dc.description.abstractВисвітлюється питання реформування законодавчої бази сектору безпеки України. Зазначено про необхідність використання та запровадження міжнародного досвіду у вказаній сфері. До основних основні видів внутрішньої та зовнішньої безпеки та оборони України віднесені такі складові, як: економічна, соціальна, екологічна, політична та інформаційна безпека. Визначені пріоритетні напрямки забезпечення безпеки і оборони держави, серед яких демографічна складова, протидія корупції тощо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article investigates the most urgent problems which emerge in the process of ensuring security and defense of the state. The problems of reforming the legislative basis of the security sector are dealt with. The necessity of using and implementing international experience in the given sphere is pointed out. The main directions of the state bodies activities in ensuring security and defense of Ukraine are brought forward. The article analyzes the main types of hazards which constitute a threat to the national security of Ukraine. It is stressed that security and defense of the country demand well-organized coordination of activities by all the subjects ensuring the national security and also cooperation with international organizations, first of all with the European Union and NATO as well as individual countries, which includes sharing experience, economic, political, and military cooperation, providing mutual support. The security sector reformation should be planned according to definite programs, well-founded, and brought to logical completion, directed at raising the effectiveness of the security and defense sector functioning, its combat readiness, ability to defend the country's sovereignty and independence, inviolability of Ukraine's territorial integrity, and to protect human rights and freedoms, interests of the society and the state. The identified subjects of national security of Ukraine shows that the primary role in ensuring security in the country and the effective functioning security sector of Ukraine belongs to the President as head of state, Parliament and Government of Ukraine, as they define and implement public policies in this area. Defines the following main activities of the state in ensuring security and defense of Ukraine, improvement of legislation, including the harmonization of law, eliminating collisions and ambiguous regulations; interaction with foreign countries on exchange of experience, economic and political cooperation; development of information technologies for elimination of threats to Ukraine's information security and prevention of their occurrence; counteracting corruption; strengthening of state defense; prevention of threats to the security and defense of the state. Where the priority is to increase the social security of the population, economic growth, financial and political stability in the state, etc. The urgent need is to adjust the activities of all state bodies and structures and to overcome internal problems.en
dc.description.abstractОсвещается вопрос реформирования законодательной базы сектора безопасности Украины. Отмечена необходимость использования и внедрения международного опыта в указанной сфере. К основным основным видам внутренней и внешней безопасности и обороны Украины отнесены такие составляющие, как: экономическая, социальная, экологическая, политическая и информационная безопасность. Определены приоритетные направления обеспечения безопасности и обороны государства, среди которых демографическая составляющая, противодействие коррупции и т.д.ru
