dc.description.abstractThe article consists of an analysis of terrorist aligned crimes from the point of directivity their legislative statement in the Criminal code of Ukraine. The author based on his opinion has made an effort to formulate visually existing challenges of the mentioned group of crimes. He has illustrated and justified some problematic places from the point of criminal-law doctrine. There have been proved an opinion that there is no sense to use a concept «terrorism» as the criminal-law definition due to its so general meaning and social and political context. The author has also demonstrated that the allocation of some crimes from article 258 is not such correct as it looks actually in the Criminal code of Ukraine. But not only issues about signs have been analyzed in this scientific article. There enough space was devoted to some details of punishment for the terrorist aligned crimes. So, the author has shown and explained how sanction looks and which problems they have in actual edition in Ukrainian criminal law. The author does hope that his article will attract a lot of attention from the side of scientists-criminologists and those ones who are responsible for making of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine. Also, the article is gonna be interested for all people who take a great interest in criminal law, qualification of crimes and especially in criminal responsibility for the terrorist aligned crimes.en
