dc.description.abstractРозглянуто проблематику протидії злочинам проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканності особи, зокрема сучасну тенденцію обмовляння особи про вчинення нею окресленого злочину. Проаналізовано окремі факти вчинення таких наклепів, визначено типові мотиви такої злочинної діяльності та можливі наслідки. Запропоновано перелік дій працівників поліції, направлених на встановлення омани правоохоронних органів про вчинення статевого злочину, та обґрунтовано проведення окремих заходів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with consideration of the problem of countering crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a person, in particular, the current tendency of a person to make a pronounced crime. The author analyzes individual facts of committing such slander, determines the typical motives of such criminal activity, and possible consequences. At the same time, it is stated that despite the large number of scientific studies devoted to the problem of counteraction to statist crimes, the question studied in the article remains neglected by scholars. Taking into account the author's suggestion, the list of actions of police officers is aimed at establishing misconceptions of law enforcement bodies about the commission of a sexual offense and justifies the conduct of separate measures: 1) to establish the information characterizing the victim and the characteristics which she indicates as received as a result of the commission of sexual violence against her; 2) to conduct events aimed at establishing the circumstances of a possible conviction by a victim of a sexual assault; 3) establish the circumstances directed at establishing the features of the crime and review of the place of the event; 4) establish the circumstances aimed at establishing the features of the crime and review the place of the event; establishment of the person indicated by the injured party. The argument is based on the fact that the implementation of a rather broad list of police officers' actions related to the misrepresentation of a sexual offense is due to several reasons today. The first is the legal delay in conducting medical examinations after amendments to the Criminal Procedural Code in 2015. The second is the accusation of a person in committing a sexual offense is always the rejection of such a person's environment, the formation of a negative stereotype and sometimes even the complete removal of suspects from society ("rogue").en
dc.description.abstractРассмотрена проблематика противодействия преступлениям против половой свободы и половой неприкосновенности личности, в частности современную тенденцию очернения лица о совершении им очерченного преступления. Проанализированы отдельные факты совершения такой клеветы, определены типовые мотивы такой преступной деятельности и возможные последствия. Предложен перечень действий сотрудников полиции, направленных на установление заблуждения правоохранительных органов о совершении полового преступления, и обоснованно проведения отдельных мероприятий.ru
