dc.description.abstractThe author of the article has considered some theoretical aspects of victimity of the victims involved in prostitution, and has studied certain elements of the structure of victim’s personality in terms of objective and subjective conditions of the commission crimes against them. It is well known that the personality of a crime’s victim and the behavior is the systematic scientific problem that requires comprehensive studies for further understanding the mechanism and genesis of criminal behavior. The personality of a crime’s victim is one of the central areas of criminological victimology, which studies it as a single set in the form a separate integrated structure consisting of interconnected internal elements. As for crimes related to the involvement in prostitution, the victimological aspect is extremely important for the organization of the success their counteraction. At the final stage, the objective of studying the personality of a victim from the involvement in prostitution is to develop a complex of preventive measures that make it possible to avoid situations, where the reason of involving in prostitution may be the behavior of a crime’s victim. The above stated problems has never been devoid of scientific interest and sometimes was controversial. This is largely due to the existing confrontation between these closely related legal categories as a criminal – a victim that requires of realizing not only combating crime, but also prevention of victim behavior that promotes it. The structure of a victim’s personality, like a criminal’s personality, includes socio-demographic, criminal and legal, moral and psychological characteristics. Having studied them in details (according to the generalized results of studying criminal cases) we can conclud that victims’ personality of the involvement in prostitution are young women (aged from 15 to 30 years, moreover we observe threatening tendency of the decrease of the age of victims); most of them have incomplete secondary education; mostly they are unmarried persons; the majority of the considered victims have never worked; their significant part was brought to administrative or criminal liability. Regarding the moral and psychological characteristics of a person, who is the victim of the involvement in prostitution we should focus on the family as a fundamental unit that forms the person’s personality from the birth. It is the family that forms morality and psychology of a child. But if there are constant family problems not of the financial nature, but spiritual, emotional ones, the family, where indifference is the foundation of coexistence, then being under constant psychological pressure a child from the childhood loses respect for himself, falling under the authority of a strong and cruel person. A victim of pimping or the involvement in prostitution is often characterized with the anti-social style of life: lack of a job, consumption of alcohol and drugs. Negative moral, social and psychological characteristics of the victim of the involvement in prostitution lead to the fact that the victim is unable to adequately assess the victimity of the situation, often victims of this crime themselves become criminals (they are engaged in pimping or procuring). It has been concluded about the relevance; undoubted importance and perspectives of further studies of this phenomenon, as a crime’s victim. In this regard, one can express the conceptual position of theoretical and practical character concerning the indissoluble cause and effect relationship of the victim with the offender’s personality. These two concepts are the most typical manifestation of the philosophical law of the unity and struggle of opposites. They are interrelated, interdependent and mutually exclusive. Moreover, in consideration of the characteristic features there is the need for further in-depth fundamental criminological research of the crime’s victim in the context of victimity and in terms of optimization of effective ways of combating the involvement in prostitution.en
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты повышенной виктимности жертв вовлечения в занятие проституцией, а также исследованы отдельные элементы структуры личности жертвы с точки зрения объективных и субъективных условий способствования совершения в отношении них преступлений. Сделан вывод о целесообразности дальнейшего глубокого и всестороннего изучения личности жертвы, что будет основой выработки более эффективных путей противодействия преступным посягательствам на неё.ru
