Анотація
Досліджено правосвідомість майбутніх офіцерів патрульної поліції України. Дослідження
проведено серед слухачів курсів первинної професійної підготовки працівників патрульної
служби. Встановлено, що у більш ніж половини випробовуваних правосвідомість в основному сформована, повною сформованістю правосвідомості характеризується незначний відсоток слухачів. Отримані дані сприятимуть більш точному прогнозу успішності професійної діяльності майбутнього працівника патрульної поліції.
The article deals with the psychological aspects of the study of legal consciousness in the future police officers on example of patrol police of Ukraine. It is shown that the study of the problem is a needful and urgent need, because the legal consciousness is an essential factor in strengthening the rule of law, improving the efficiency and quality of law enforcement. The study was conducted among students of primary vocational training courses of employees of patrol service. It was found that legal consciousness of more than half of the subjects has mainly formed, that is, in training or in any other activity the future police officers tend to fulfill the rules and not break them, to follow the instructions, are fairly reliable in professional sphere, are correct in professional communication and interaction. An insignificant percentage of students is characterized by the forming of legal consciousness in full. They are characterized by absolute reliability in professional relations, the detailed implementation of rules, regulations and contractual obligations, even contrary to their own beliefs and understanding of the situation. The police officers with completely formed legal consciousness are able to aware of social relativism of moral standards, recognize the equal and non-discriminatory handling with people, a positively perceive of the existence of different systems in life’s values, they are able to properly interact with a wide range of people, regardless of ethnic, religious, ethnic and other affiliation. Defectively formed legal consciousness is characterized by more than one-third of the sample and realizes itself primarily in the private sphere, whereas in the business and social-civil spheres proves insufficient. The system of appropriate training and legal education can provide the necessary formative and corrective influence, which is necessary at the stage of pre-professional socialization. The data will contribute to the efficient evaluation of the degree of readiness of the candidate to accept or violate social and legal norms, and more accurately predict the success of professional work of the future officer patrol police, based on the fact that the legal consciousness of the police ensure effective implementation of professional activity and prevention on the professional deformation.
