Анотація
Розкрито сутність і зміст поняття «трансформаційний процес». Розглянуто основні ознаки та
особливості процесу політичної трансформації, проаналізовано його співвідношення з іншими формами політичного процесу. Визначено структуру трансформаційного процесу, охарактеризовано його основні складові.
The essence and content of the concept of «transformational process» have been revealed. The main features and characteristics of the process of political transformation have been considered; its correlation with other forms of political process has been analyzed. The structure of the transformational process has been determined; its main elements have been found out and characterized. It is noted that the basic content of the transformational process is qualitative and complex change in the structure and functioning of the political system of the society, the dynamics and effectiveness of which depends on the ability of political institutions and the main political representatives to respond to internal and external challenges. It has been established that the efficiency of transformation as a process that occurs on institutional, integral and behavioral levels is conditioned by the nature, direction and intensity of changes of the political system and the degree of combination and balance of institutional and socio-cultural transformations. It has been proved that the allocation of the main stages of the transformational process enables more accurate approach to the analysis of changes in political systems, define and analyze the basic mechanisms of the modern transformational processes.
Раскрыты сущность и содержание понятия «трансформационный процесс». Рассмотрены основные признаки и особенности процесса политической трансформации, проанализировано его соотношение с другими формами политического процесса. Определена структура трансформационного процесса, охарактеризованы его основные составляющие.
