Анотація
Представлено теоретичний огляд проблеми самоорганізації в царині юридичної
психології та презентоване емпіричне дослідження даного феномену в контексті євроінтеграційного курсу України. Визначено, що самоорганізація поліцейських характеризується тим фактом, що вони мають здібності та розвивають навички, котрі допомагають їм організувати своє повсякденне життя в гармонії з вимогами професійної діяльності та євроінтеграційною модернізацією суспільства. Виявлено специфіку самоорганізації діяльності у поліцейських з різним рівнем особистісної здійсненності.
The article presents a theoretical overview of the problem of self-organization in the field of legal psychology and presents an empirical study of this phenomenon in the context of the European integration course of Ukraine. The topic of self-organization is quite acute in the scientific research of scientists. The basic understanding of self-organization of police officers is characterized by the fact that they have abilities and develop skills that help them organize their daily lives, in harmony with the requirements of professional activity and European integration modernization of society. The purpose of the study was to reveal the specifics of self-organization of activities among police officers with different levels of personality’s fulfillmentity (PF). The empirical basis of the study was 161 police officers. With the help of cluster analysis and using the questionnaire “Personal Activity Questionnaire” by O. Shtepa, three groups with different levels (low, medium and high) of PF were formed. The first group (with a low level) consisted of 52 subjects, the second group (with a high level) included 66 respondents. 43 police officers with an average level of the indicator were excluded from further research. To achieve the goal, the “Time Structure Questionnaire” (TSQ) N. Feather and М. Bond was used. For mathematical and statistical processing, the Student’s t-test for independent samples and Fisher’s angular transformation (φ) test were used. It has been empirically established that police officers with a low level of of PF are excessively fixated on the performance of their task, it is difficult for them to switch to another, because they are not used to attracting auxiliary means that would help them carefully plan their activities. The distribution of self-organization indicators in the first group showed that for the majority of the studied, self-organization indicators at the level of high values are typical: planning, purposefulness, perseverance and orientation to the present. In the group of police officers with a high level of PF, high results were found in almost all indicators of self-organization. The second group can be characterized as motivated, persistent, goal-oriented, oriented and their current and achievement of success specialists who carefully plan their activities, conscientiously treat their work and the duties assigned to them. Police officers of the second group are flexible, they are well oriented in their profession, they have the opportunity to attract auxiliary means that have a positive effect on their efficiency.
