Анотація
Шляхом застосування методу моделювання у статті здійснено спробу побудови моделі соціально-професійної площини, основним капіталом якої виступає професіоналізм. Виходячи із запропонованої моделі, визначено окремі спільноти, які є найбільш
маргіналізовані.
На підставі наукових розробок і теоретичних моделей запропоновано визначення явища професійної маргінальності. Доведено, що в його основі лежать як
суб’єктивні переживання відчуття відчуження, так і об’єктивні фактори – послаблення або, навіть, розрив зв’язків між індивідом та професійною групою.
The article focuses upon a need to develop a new research direction – professional marginality. The phenomenon of professional marginality has a distinctly expressed social nature, as it acts as a product of interaction between people in the social and professional sphere. The objective of the article is to identify and characterize manifestations of professional marginality and develop the model of the social and professional plane in order to describe potentially marginalized groups in it. By applying the method of modelling, the author of the article attempts to create the models of the social and professional plane, which main capital serves professionalism. Based on the proposed model, the author identifies separate communities that are the most marginalized: unemployed and people without education and professional training; residents of small inhabited settlements that are away from big cities and, therefore, their inhabitants have limited opportunities to receive vocational training or to improve their skills; studying young people, as they are objectively only at the beginning of their professional career. Based on scientific research and theoretical models, the article offers the definition of the phenomenon in question. Professional marginality is the state of a particular expulsion of an individual or a group from the social and professional sphere of the society, associated with the inability (unwillingness) to implement professional knowledge and skills and incapacity to identify oneself professionally. The author concludes that the basis of professional marginality is both subjective experiences of a sense of alienation and objective factors, such as the weakening or even breaking of the links between an individual and a relevant professional group and associated with it dissatisfaction of work and occupation, violation of rules and norms of professional ethics, low-quality exercise of profession, inability to identify oneself professionally, etc.
Путем использования метода моделирования в статье предпринимается попытка построения модели социально-профессиональной плоскости, основным капиталом которой является профессионализм. Исходя из предложенной модели, определяются наиболее маргинализированные общности. На основе научных разработок и теоретических моделей предлагается определение явления профессиональной маргинальности. Утверждается, что в его основе лежат как субъективные переживания отчуждения, так и объективные факторы – ослабление или разрыв связей индивида с профессиональной группой.
