Анотація
У статті з’ясовано стан сучасної наукової дискусії щодо завдань поліції.
Окреслено новітні тенденції нормативно-доктринальної інтерпретації завдань
поліції в правовій державі та їх класифікація. Зазначено, що завдання належать до чинників, які зумовлюють нормативно-правовий статус поліції та визначають специфіку її організаційної побудови. Наголошено, що в поліцейському праві європейських країн завдання поліції визначаються в контексті забезпечення охорони ліберальних цінностей і захисту суспільства від широкого
спектру існуючих загроз і небезпек.
Emphasized that deep and irreversible democratic transformations taking place in Ukraine, and the course of our state for European integration require restructuring and a significant increase on this basis, the efficiency and quality of law enforcement. Emphasized that the state, on the one hand, aims to carry out an active social role in positively influencing the social processes in society, and use appropriate methods to this effect on him; the other - the state must carry out their activities within which prevent abuse on the part of the state both in terms of individual free in his behavior and autonomous actions of individuals and civil society in general. It was shown state of the scientific discussion on the tasks of the police. Outlined the latest trends in regulatory and doctrinal interpretation tasks of the police in the state of law and their classification. It is noted that the objectives are the factors that determine the legal status of the police and determine the specificity of its organizational structure. In the legal literature of police tasks are defined as goals towards which he should strive in their work. Emphasized that the police powers of the European police task defined in the context of the protection of liberal values and protecting society from a wide range of existing threats and dangers. It is noted that the task of the police is one of the mandatory elements of their legal status, they reflect the purpose of the police and the main directions of its activity in a particular area of social and state relations. Clearly defined objectives is a guarantee of adequate policing to combat.
В статье выяснено состояние современной научной дискуссии относительно задач полиции. Определены новые тенденции нормативно-доктринальной интерпретации задач полиции в правовом государстве и их классификация. Отмечено, что задачи принадлежат к факторам, которые предопределяют нормативно-правовой статус полиции и определяют специфику ее организационного построения. Отмечено, что в полицейском праве европейских стран задачи полиции определяются в контексте обеспечения охраны либеральных ценностей и защиты общества от широкого спектра существующих угроз и опасностей.
