Анотація
Розглянуто питання впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій в системі вищої освіти України та інших країн світу. Проаналізовано питання, що становлять основу освітнього процесу в дистанційному навчанні, особливості дистанційного навчання на відміну від традиційних форм навчання. Виявлено проблеми, які потребують негайного вирішення в розглянутому напрямі.
The issue of implementing modern information technologies in the system of higher education in Ukraine and other world countries is considered. The issues forming the foundation of the educational process in distance learning and features of distance learning in comparison to traditional forms of learning are analyzed. On the basis of the development of distance education in the world the author insists on solving specific problems related to increasing the general educational level of the society, expanding access to higher and postgraduate education, satisfying the needs and interests of the society in the whole and an individual, advanced training and retraining of specialists related to the transition to new technologies. The author stresses on the necessity of using ICT in distance learning, which is caused by several factors related to the modern requirements that apply to education at present time, by the number of applicants who want to get an education, to go through retraining due to the changes on the labor market, by limited possibilities of universities in recruiting students, by the internationalization of higher education and international integration in education. In the conclusion of the article the author insists on solving specific problems related to the creation of corresponding normative and legal regulation, development of training and software provision of distance learning, training of highly qualified personnel of professors, development of the system for monitoring the quality of education, further development of technical support.
Рассмотрены вопросы внедрения современных информационных технологий в системе высшего образования Украины и других стран мира. Проанализированы вопросы, составляющие основу образовательного процесса при дистанционном обучении, особенности дистанционного обучения в отличие от традиционных форм обучения. Выявлены проблемы, требующие незамедлительного решения в рассмотренном направлении.
