Анотація
Проаналізовано взаємодію Національної поліції України з громадськими об'єднаннями у сфері забезпечення публічної безпеки і порядку. Визначено проблеми залучення до співпраці
громадян та перспективи залучення громадян та їх об’єднань до співпраці з поліцією.
In order to determine the perspectives of involving citizens and their associations in cooperation with the police in the field of ensuring public safety and order, as well as formulating appropriate propositions on these issues, the author has analyzed the interaction of the National Police of Ukraine with public associations in the field of public safety and order. The essence of such interaction, its legal principles and forms of implementation, as well as the main features and principles characterizing this interaction has been studied. The problems of attracting the widest range of citizens and their associations to cooperation with the police have been determined. The necessity to increase the propaganda role of the mass media created in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has been indicated. Propositions of implementing special sections with corresponding names, such as “Police and population partnership”, “Participation of citizens in keeping public order”, “In support of public associations for the protection of public order”, etc. into these mass media have been provided. The urgency of the article is also that the realization of the task of building civil society and the rule of law in Ukraine also changes the attitude of different sections of the population towards the activities of state institutions; the law-enforcement sphere becomes more transparent for the mass media, public human rights organizations and ordinary citizens.
