Анотація
Розглянуто основні аспекти впливу морального і правового виховання на процес становлення
громадянського суспільства в Україні. Основну увагу приділено виховній роботі у навчальних
закладах.
The article deals the main aspects of the influence of moral and legal education on the process of civil society formation in Ukraine. The state performs an important task of forming a high morality, respect for law, legal culture of the society aiming to build a constitutional state with a developed civil society free from legal disregard, contemptuous attitude towards state law and indifference to the rights and freedoms of a man and a citizen. One should ensure the legal equality of all members of the society, stimulate and cultivate legal culture, which will affect the level of lawfulness, justice, integrity and respect for the rights of all participants of legal relations and the development of civil society. Apparently, such positive steps taken in the direction of a developed legal society is impossible without the participation of the state in legal education of the citizens. Therefore, a lot of attention should be given to educational work in educational institutions.
Рассмотрены основные аспекты влияния морального и правового воспитания на процесс становления гражданского общества в Украине. Основное внимание уделено воспитательной работе в учебных заведениях.
