Анотація
Викладено напрямок удосконалення адміністративної діяльності Національної поліції України, пов’язаний зі створенням досконалих методів і форм правового регулювання та забезпечення ефективності її діяльності щодо встановлення особи.
The direction of improving administrative activities of the National Police of Ukraine related to the creation of perfect methods and forms of legal regulation and guaranteeing its effectiveness concerning the identification of a person is stated. It is noted on the necessity of regulatory ordering of the terminological understanding of the concept of «identification of a person». It is stated that the identification of a person endowed with special additional features, requires police to obtain additional information about that person, requiring the creation of a mechanism of operative receiving the necessary information. This mechanism should include the availability of technical capabilities of the access to the sources of such information, registers of law enforcement agencies, other public bodies and institutions, communication networks, etc. There is also the need to develop regulatory consolidated methodological basis concerning the positive solution of the issue of the identification of a person as a set of algorithm of actions and tactics of the police activity on the basis of typical situations that is the subject of further research.
Изложено направление усовершенствования административной деятельности Национальной полиции Украины, связанной с созданием совершенных методов и форм правового регулирования и обеспечения эффективности её деятельности по установлению личности.
