Анотація
Визначено найбільш суттєві ціннісно-смислові бар’єри як індивідуальні перешкоди у професійній самореалізації та показано способи їх подолання в реальній практиці діяльності співробітників підрозділів громадської безпеки органів внутрішніх справ, виявлено найістотніші відмінності в готовності до професійної діяльності як ціннісно-смислової установки у
співробітників підрозділів громадської безпеки в умовах різного професійного регламенту і
професійного стажу, показано залежність самореалізації від професійно-смислових установок
і ціннісних орієнтацій.
The objective of the article is to reveal personal transformations of the personnel of public order departments at various levels of professional fulfillment, as well as consideration of personal characteristics in the unity of the dynamic and content and semantic components of valuable and semantic sphere and identification of the genesis of professional difficulties as valuable and semantic barriers in the process of self-realization within the activities of the personnel of public order departments. It is indicated that professional activity, including the specificity of the activity of public order police, causes a personal transformations, which significantly affect the characteristics of professional selfrealization. Dynamics of transformations of personal sphere of public order police officers at various levels of professional fulfillment is manifested in the form of stable sensitive life strategies, providing an opportunity to experience relations with the world in the context of professional activity as a stable relationship, which includes the subjective feeling of the source of the own experience (decisionmaking, responsibility and allocation of significant professional prospects). The author of the study has identified the most significant valuable and semantic barriers as individual obstacles to the professional fulfillment and has shown the ways of their overcoming in the actual practice of the personnel of public order departments within internal affairs agencies; the author has revealed the most significant differences in readiness for professional work as a valuable and semantic setting of the personnel of public order in the conditions of different professional regime and professional experience; the author has highlighted the dependence of self-realization on professional and content attitudes and values.
В исследовании определены наиболее существенные ценностно-смысловые барьеры как индивидуальные препятствия в профессиональной самореализации и показаны способы их преодоления в реальной практике деятельности сотрудников подразделений общественной безопасности органов внутренних дел, выявлены наиболее существенные различия в готовности к профессиональной деятельности как ценностно-смысловой установки у сотрудников милиции общественной безопасности в условиях разного профессионального регламента и профессионального стажа, показана зависимость самореализации от профессионально-смысловых установок и ценностных ориентаций, личностные трансформации.
