Анотація
На підставі аналізу практики органів досудового слідства, наукової
літератури розглянуто основні положення тактики проведення допиту
підозрюваного під час розслідування посягань на життя працівника
правоохоронного органу. Виокремлено деякі слідчі ситуації допиту
підозрюваного за цією категорією злочинів. Визначено низку проблемних питань,
пов'язаних з проведенням допиту підозрюваного та способи їх вирішення.
Запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення тактики допиту
підозрюваного із зазначеної категорії кримінальних проваджень.
Based on the analysis of the practice of pre-trial investigation bodies, scientific literature, the main provisions of the tactics of interrogation of a suspect in the investigation of encroachments on the life of a law enforcement officer were examined. Some typical situations of interrogation of a suspect in this category of crimes are highlighted. A number of problematic issues related to the interrogation of the suspect and ways to resolve them have been identified. Recommendations are proposed for improving the tactics of interrogating a suspect in this category of criminal proceedings. Thus, the question of the tactics of questioning a suspect in criminal proceedings about murder, causing bodily injuries has already been deeply studied in forensic literature. And for each typical situation, tactical recommendations that are part of the relevant private crime investigation techniques are successfully applied and applied in practice. Interrogation of a suspect, this is almost always the first meeting of investigating people with a possible criminal. Therefore, the results of the investigation largely depend on how their relationship will develop on the first interrogation. Given this, it is most correct if the questioning is carried out by the investigator himself. At the same time, the investigator has the right to give a separate instruction to conduct a questioning of the suspect. Since a person is suspected of such a serious crime as an attack on a law enforcement officer's life, in preparation for his interrogation as a suspect from an investigator, it is not only necessary to draft a plan for future interrogations, but also to know the methods and tactics of interrogation. However, in practice, investigators do not bother to draft a plan for future interrogation of the suspect, which in the future leads to the need for production of repeated or additional interrogations. Accordingly, such an interrogation can not bear any probative information in itself. The above makes it possible to state that the questioning of the suspect, conducted without qualitative study of the person of the latter, without a specially developed plan of interrogation, without involving him in the participation of a specialist, can not lead to obtaining useful information that has probative value in the investigation of criminal proceedings.

Выделены некоторые следственные ситуации допроса подозреваемого по этой категории преступлений. Определен ряд проблемных вопросов, связанных с проведением допроса подозреваемого и пути их решения. Предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию тактики допроса подозреваемого по указанной категории уголовных производств.
