Анотація
Розглянуто теоретичні основи проектування системи психологічного забезпечення професійної підготовки правоохоронців, організація якої в умовах глибинних трансформацій правоохоронної галузі набуває особливого значення. Автор на підставі аналізу провідних завдань психологічного забезпечення пропонує власний погляд на можливі класифікації принципів: як за певними групами (фундаментальні принципи психології, принципи взаємодії суб’єктів системи психологічного забезпечення; принципи, що забезпечують успішне здійснення професійної підготовки правоохоронців
тощо), так і через виокремлення головних і спеціальних конкретних методологічних принципів.
In the process of selecting and analyzing the principles of developing a system of
psychological support for the training of law enforcement officers, considering the
cadet and psychologist as the subjects of activity, communication and knowledge, we proceeded from the following provisions:
- the main purpose of psychological support is the creation of favorable conditions
for the development of personality at all stages of its personal and professional
development, implementation of actual and potential capabilities of the individual,
effective learning of new knowledge in the field of educational and professional
activities and the construction of a life strategy, optimization of professional and
personal growth. This makes it necessary to definite and analyze the principles of the development of personality as a subject of activity;
- psychological support of personally-professional development of cadets is one of
the directions of activity of psychological service, which determines the allocation and analysis of the principles of its activity and organization of the system of relations between the subjects of interaction.
As a general methodological basis for the study of personality at various stages of
its development are: the principle of determinism, the guiding principles of psychology of development and self-development, the concept of personality as a subject of mental life, the principle of unity of the psyche and activities; principle of the system approach;
the principle of actual and potential in the individual, etc.
The activities of the specialists of the project are designed and regulated by the
goals, objectives, provisions and main principles of the service of practical psychology in higher education. And here the analysis of the principles that are fundamental in the organization of psychological service is of great importance. These authors include: the principle of the diversity of forms and methods of work; Principles of morality, environmental friendliness; Sequences; Voluntary Flexibility; The allocation of priorities in the work, effective optimism and systemic; An individual approach; The principle of a ban on designing a result; Responsibility of the subject for making a decision; The principle of realism, etc.
Рассмотрены теоретические основы проектирования системы психологического обеспечения профессиональной подготовки правоохранителей, организация которой в условиях глубинных трансформаций правоохранительной области приобретает особое значение. Автор на основе анализа ведущих задач психологического обеспечения предлагает собственный взгляд на возможные классификации принципов: как по определенным группам (фундаментальные принципы психологии, принципы взаимодействия субъектов системы психологического обеспечения; принципы, обеспечивающие успешное осуществление профессиональной подготовки правоохранителей т.д.), так и через выделение главных и специальных конкретных методологических принципов.
