Анотація
Висвітлено основні причини та умови вчинення зґвалтувань. Залежно від ступеня впливу на
злочинну мотивацію ґвалтівників систему детермінант поділено на три рівні, наведено їх
коротку характеристику з урахуванням результатів проведеного аналізу архівних кримінальних справ по вчинених зґвалтуваннях. Запропоновано шляхи подолання причин та умов
вчинення цих злочинів в Україні.
A research aim consists in finding out the basic reasons and terms of committing rapes and in search of the ways of their overcoming. Depending on the degree of influence on criminal motivation of rapists the system of determinants was divided into three levels: macrolevel (society on the whole), microlevel (microsocial groups) and individual level (individuals). A set of criminogenic determinants that result in the committing rapes is approximately identical in the crimes of violence on a macrolevel and alike enough in the separate groups of these publicly dangerous acts. But especially taken into account and analysed there must be those, that inherent only to the certain level. All levels were illustrated by short examples from the archived criminal cases on the committed rapes. Taking into account the results of the conducted analysis reasons and terms that enter in the complement of each are educed, and also the ways of overcoming these crimes in Ukraine are given. The research results can be used in practical activity by the employees of criminal search subdivisions during organization and realization of prophylactic measures related to the committing rapes.
Освещены основные причины и условия совершения изнасилований. В зависимости от степени влияния на преступную мотивацию насильников система детерминант поделена на три уровня, представлена их краткая характеристика с учётом результатов проведённого анализа архивных уголовных дел по совершённым изнасилованиям. Предложены пути преодоления причин и условий совершения этих преступлений в Украине.
