У цьому розділі буде поставлено питання про те, чи може ЄС впливати на національні та місцеві способи попередження злочинності, хоча б, за допомогою механізмів м'якого права, включаючи поширення передового досвіду деякими його органами і гілками.
This chapter will question whether the EU has the potential to influence national and local ways of doing crime prevention, at least through soft law mechanisms including the circulation of best practices by some of its bodies and networks.
В этой главе будет поставлен вопрос о том, может ли ЕС влиять на национальные и местные способы предупреждения преступности, по крайней мере, с помощью механизмов мягкого права, включая распространение передового опыта некоторыми его органами и ветвями.
