Анотація
Надано оперативно-розшукову характеристику кишенькових крадіжок шляхом визначення кримінально-правових, криміналістичних та кримінологічних ознак вказаного виду злочину.
In the article the author proposes consideration of operative-search characteristics of pocket thefts by means of determination of criminal-legal, forensic and criminological features of the specified type of crime. In particular, it is determined that: 1) victims in almost 75 % of cases are women, from 17 to 22 years old – 25.3 %, 35–45 years old – 23.6 %, older than 55 years – 28.9 %. This is due to the fact that women are weaker than men, and that the latter are no more diligent, busy with their affairs, and do not pay attention to those who are near them; 2) those who commit pocket thefts, they are mostly men aged 20 to 30 years (34.8 %) and from 30 to 45 (39.9 %), previously sentenced (78.9 %), not having a permanent places of work (89.9 %), not married (67.9 %). Practice shows that pocket stamps are distributed to those who have a noticeable, running and nervous look and those who deal with pocket thefts professionally, carefree, good actors, balanced. By the way, it is noted that not necessarily a pocket should be a man, it can be a teenager and even a woman, quite decent. According to statistics, about half of pocket thieves are women; 3) often before the time of pocket theft is the morning hours from 7 to 10 o'clock and from 16 to 18, from 19 to 22 o'clock, this is due to the fact that in the morning and from 16 to 18 it is a peak hour in public transport, in the markets , shops, and after 19 hours places of pocket theft are usually premises of cafes, clubs, cinemas and other places of cultural and mass residence of citizens. Determining of signs of the operational-search description of pocket thefts enables operational officers on the principle of "reasoning by analogy" to set up the most optimal ways of obtaining the primary operational-search information, which will be of interest for the operational-search and criminal proceedings.
