Анотація
Досліджено сутність електронної освіти, необхідність її впровадження у повсякденне життя
викладачів та студентів. Виокремлено основні елементи електронної освіти. Проаналізовано
використання елементів електронної освіти на прикладі трьох вищих навчальних закладів Харкова. На підставі дослідження вітчизняного законодавства та міжнародного досвіду виконано розмежування понять електронної та дистанційної освіти, наведено авторське визначення
поняття «електронна освіта».
Considering the rapid development of information technologies and the Internet, there is an issue of proper use of available resources. Ukraine is on the path of reform and the informatization of the society, so it is necessary to study the issue of implementing e-learning in the educational process. The article’s objective is the analysis of the state of implementing the components of e-learning in Ukraine and on the basis of conducted studies to fulfill distinction between the concepts of e-learning and distance education, and to provide author’s definition ofthe concept of «e-learning». The necessity of implementing distance education in the educational process has been studied in the article; the legal acts of domestic legislation, international practice of e-learning have been analyzed; the essence of e-learning has been determined. The results of the study concerning the state of implementing certain components of e-learning and systems of programs’ management (e-learning) in higher educational institutions ofKharkiv have been provided. It is concluded that e-learning has a number of advantages over traditional education, namely: the ability to have a flexible schedule; broad access and selection of educational materials that are available in electronic form, and ease of their use in the educational process; ability to view or listen to audio-, video lectures one more time; improvement of communication and much faster feedback from teachers. Regarding the use and implementation of e-learning components into the educational process, it is noted that higher educational establishments use the following elements: distance education, digital libraries, audio-, video lectures, multimedia.
Исследованы сущность электронного образования, необходимость его внедрения в повседневную жизнь преподавателей и студентов. Выделены основные элементы электронного образования. Проанализировано использование элементов электронного образования на примере трёх высших учебных заведений Харькова. На основании исследования отечественного законодательства и международного опыта выполнено разграничение понятий электронного и дистанционного образования, дано авторское определение понятия «электронное образование».
