Анотація
У статті доведено, що фізична підготовка у правоохоронних органах є внутрішньоорганізаційною адміністративною діяльністю правоохоронних органів, реалізація якої здійснюється в рамках адміністративно-правових відносин. З’ясовано, що контроль та облік становить собою засіб оцінки ефективності здійснення фізичної підготовки у правоохоронних органах.
It has been proved that physical training in law enforcement bodies is an internal organizational administrative activity of law enforcement bodies, the realization of which is carried out within the framework of administrative-legal relations: appointment to the post, transfer, the procedure of attestation, bringing to responsibility, and the final result may be a negative factor – such as dismissal from a position or from a service. Control is a kind of feedback that allows you to see, discover, exactly how the parameters of the system are accurately observed. With the help of control, the following management tasks are solved such as ensuring the strict implementation of laws and regulations that regulate the activities of law enforcement bodies and their subdivisions as objects of management activity, achievement of timeliness and quality of execution of decisions, increase of efficiency of official activity, executive discipline, provision help, learning best practices, etc. It is revealed that during the control of the effectiveness of physical training in law enforcement bodies, the quality of physical training management is analyzed, evaluated and evaluated: 1) quality control of physical training; 2) completeness and quality of assimilation of the personnel of the program of physical training; 3) the level of physical training units; 4) level of physical training of candidates for service to the law enforcement agency. Control over the level of police officers’ preparedness is carried out during: appointment of a policeman to a higher position, instructing before interrogation, conducting training (control and testing) classes, passing tests on the results of training and checking fees, fixing firearms; Complex inspection, control, target and final inspections. It is emphasized that the level of physical preparedness of the personnel of the law-enforcement body is reflected in the official characteristics, attestations and representations, which constitutes the internal organizational organization of the law-enforcement agency.
В статье доказано, что физическая подготовка в правоохранительных органах является внутриорганизационной административной деятельностью правоохранительных органов, реализация которой осуществляется в рамках административно-правовых отношений.
