Анотація
Досліджено проблеми визначення критеріїв оцінювання ефективності діяльності оперативних підрозділів органів внутрішніх справ щодо протидії молодіжній злочинності та запропоновано шляхи визначення таких критеріїв.
The state of scientific researches of the criteria of some aspects of estimation of effectiveness of
the activity of operative units of internal affairs agencies in the field of juvenile crime counteraction is analyzed in the article.
The general concept of effectiveness criteria, as well as vexed issues about its designation, both in
theoretical and practical areas is provided. The necessity of defining the effectiveness criteria
while conducting prevention of juvenile criminal offences is grounded. The extended classification
of defining the criteria of effectiveness is also presented.
It is stated that the basic criterion of the effectiveness of juvenile crime counteraction is the statistical data. Various scientific points of view on given issues and the opinion about the necessity of
their use in the practice of law enforcement agencies’ activity, as well as the author’s own opinion
on these issues are presented.
Some issues of the necessity of working out the criteria of estimation of effectiveness of the activity of operative units of internal affairs agencies are stated. The connection of criminal latency and
crime counteraction is also grounded. The ways to reduce crime latency are presented.
Исследованы проблемы определения критериев оценивания эффективности деятельности
оперативных подразделений ОВД относительно противодействия молодёжной преступности и предложены способы определения таких критериев.
