dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто особливості проведення огляду місця події в утруднених умовах (погане освітлення, несприятливі погодні умови, огляд e прихованих місцях і деякі інші). Досліджено сучасний «польовий» засіб освітлення «Світлову вежу», який використовується для огляду великих за розмірами територій. Детально розглянуто джерело експертного світла OFK-8000A, шо використовується для пошуку і виявлення різноманітних слідів (рук, біологічного походження, виявлення «хімічних пасток», ознак підробки документів) під час огляду місця події. Для використання в утруднених умовах запропоновано освітлювальний прилад FoxFury Nomad® 360. Надано пропозиції щодо використання певних освітлювальних приладів у різних ситуаціях, у тому числі несприятливих, під час огляду місця події.
dc.description.abstractThe review of the scene as an investigative (investigative action) and the peculiarities of its conduct in difficult conditions (poor lighting, adverse weather conditions, inspection in hidden places and some others) are considered. To increase the effectiveness of the inspection, it is recommended to use additional light sources to study the situation at the scene, to detect faintly visible and invisible traces, spots, substances and more. Classifications of lighting devices depending on the tasks of the investigation are analyzed (detection of factual data that can establish the mechanism of the crime in all details, lighting of the area in difficult conditions) and the nature of the radiation spectrum (lighting in the visible part of the spectrum). and lighting in the invisible part of the spectrum (ultraviolet illuminators, electron-optical devices.) Due to technical progress, new lighting agents are constantly emerging that can be used in forensic activities. Inspection devices "Vine", "Mole" are used for inspection in hard-to-reach places, using sources of normal and infrared illumination ("Vine"). Modern "field" lighting "Light Tower" - helps to illuminate large areas in poor visibility, in the dark. The OFK-8000A expert light source is used to search for and detect various traces (hands, biological origin, detection of "chemical traps", signs of forgery) during the inspection of the scene, and can also be used during forensic laboratory tests. The FoxFury Nomad® 360 luminaire has been proposed for use in difficult conditions. Suggestions have been made for the use of certain luminaires in various, including adverse, scene inspection situations.
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрены особенности проведения осмотра места происшествия в затрудненных условиях (плохое освещение, неблагоприятные погодные условия, обзор в скрытых местах и т. д.). Исследовано современное «полевое» средство освещения «световая башня», которое используется для осмотра больших по размерам территорий в условиях плохого освещения. Детально рассмотрен источник экспертного света OFK-8000A, который предназначен для поиска и обнаружения различных следов (рук, биологического происхождения, выявления «химических ловушек», признаков подделки документов) при осмотре места происшествия. Для использования в затруднённых условиях предложен прожектор FoxFury Nomad® 360. Также указано об использовании определенных осветительных приборов в различных ситуациях, в том числе неблагоприятных, при осмотре места происшествия.
