The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem – definition of the essence, content and specific features of administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the national security of the country, which formed the basis for developing the corresponding concept, as well as suggestions and recommendations for improving the norms of the current legislation in this area.
