Методичні аспекти формування педагогічної культури майбутніх офіцерів-військових лідерів

Abstract

Розглянуто методичні основи проблеми формування педагогічної культури майбутніх військових офіцерів-лідерів у процесі професійної підготовки у ВВНЗ. Під педагогічною культурою розуміють певний рівень психолого-педагогічної підготовки офіцера до організаторської та виховної діяльності, яка є складовою загальної культури. До структури педагогічної культури відносять: знання основ загальної та соціальної психології, педагогіки, вміння та навички організації освітнього процесу. Визначено, що формування педагогічної культури курсантів, ґрунтується на виявленні педагогічних здібностей майбутніх офіцерів, розвитку у них педагогічного мислення, адаптації до професійно-педагогічної діяльності, оволодіння елементами педагогічної майстерності. Показано, що формування педагогічної культури майбутнього офіцера як лідера, відбувається на трьох щаблях такого процесу: психолого-педагогічний; функція лідерства; організаційно-управлінський; військово-фаховий. Визначено, що формування педагогічної культури майбутніх військових офіцерів – це процес набуття позитивних ставлень, настанов, навичок, умінь, здатностей, військового досвіду, педагогічної майстерності у майбутнього військового лідера, які надають йому можливість свідомо здійснювати педагогічну діяльність у військових організаційних структурах з найбільшою ефективністю. Доведено, що офіцери , у яких сформована педагогічна культура, вміють знаходити спільну мову з підлеглими військовослужбовцями, досягають мети рівня їх військової підготовки, вміють чітко висловлювати свої думки і доводити їх до майбутніх офіцерів.The article examines the methodical foundations of the problem of the formation of the pedagogical culture of future military officers-leaders in the process of professional training at military higher educational establishments. Pedagogical culture means a certain level of psychological and pedagogical preparation of an officer for organizational and educational activities, which is a component of general culture. The structure of pedagogical culture includes: knowledge of the basics of general and social psychology, pedagogy, skills and abilities of organizing the educational process. It was determined that the formation of the pedagogical culture of cadets is based on the identification of the pedagogical abilities of future officers, the development of their pedagogical thinking, adaptation to professional and pedagogical activities, mastering the elements of pedagogical skills. It is shown that the formation of the pedagogical culture of the future officer as a leader takes place at three stages of such a process: psychological and pedagogical; leadership function; organizational and managerial; military specialist.It was determined that the formation of the pedagogical culture of future military officersis a process of acquiring positive attitudes, instructions, skills, abilities, military experience, pedagogical skills, which enable them to consciously carry out pedagogical activities in military organizational structures with the greatest effectiveness. A significant role in such a process belongs to the methodical system of forming the pedagogical culture of the future officer, which must meet the following requirements: systematic, conceptual, scientific, contextual, structured, manageable, reproducible, algorithmic, optimality of spending time and effort to achieve the set goals, the possibility of its repetition, replication and transfer to new pedagogical conditions. It is proven that officers who have a pedagogical culture are able to find a common language with subordinate servicemen, achieve the goal of the level of their military training, are able to clearly express their thoughts and convey them to future officers.Рассмотрены методические основы проблемы формирования педагогической культуры будущих военных офицеров-лидеров в процессе профессиональной подготовки в вузах.
