Встановлено, що підвищенню професійного рівня кваліфікації адвокатів буде сприяти створення спеціалізованих навчальних закладів та курсів програм.It is established that advocacy in the world practice exists for thousands of years, it went through different organizational forms, each time differentiate under the terms of age, but remained, in fact, itself. The advocacy is one of those logical results of social and state system’s development, which generally characterize the level of national and international legal culture and civilization. The analysis of scientific points of view and relevant regulations is realized; it is determined that advocacy in Ukraine needs to study the practice of other countries, but it is important not to copy other models and take into account own national traditions. We should begin to provide advocates in Ukraine the right to form all agencies of legal profession on the basis of free and open participation of all lawyers in their formation. The author has analyzed international treaties and standards, compliance with which is the key to the future of European integration and guarantor of keeping and ensuring protected rights and freedoms of a man and citizen; legal acts, which ensure the functioning of the legal practice in the EU. Besides, the peculiarities of implementing the experience of guaranteeing advocacy in the EU into domestic practice are determined.На основании анализа нормативно правовых актов разработано авторское виденье возможности использования опыта Европейского Союза в обеспечении деятельности адвокатуры в Украине.
