Дідоренка. – 2018. – № 1 (81). – С. 290-296.Розглядається питання оперативно-розшукової характеристики крадіжок, поєднаних із проникненням у житло, інше приміщення чи сховище. Визначається, що сучасну оперативно-розшукову крадіжок, поєднаних із проникненням до житла, іншого приміщення чи сховища можна надати шляхом визначення основних характеризуючих відомостей щодо: способів проникнення до приміщень; осіб, що готуються або їх вчиняють; предметів посягання та місця їх збуту. Робиться висновок, що знання на відповідному рівні таких характеризуючих даних щодо крадіжок, поєднаних із проникненням до житла, іншого приміщення чи сховища, допоможе працівникам кримінальної поліції швидше зорієнтуватися щодо ефективних шляхів протидії останнім. Рассматривается вопрос оперативно-розыскной характеристики краж, соединенных с проникновением в жилье, другое помещение или хранилище. Определяется, что современную оперативно-розыскной краж, сопряженных с проникновением в жилище, другое помещение или хранилище можно предоставить путем определения основных характеризующих сведений о способах проникновения в помещения; лицах, готовящихся или их совершающих; предметах посягательства и местах их сбыта. Делается вывод, что знания на должном уровне таких характеризующих данных по кражам, сопряженных с проникновением в жилище, другое помещение или хранилище, поможет работникам криминальной полиции быстрее сориентироваться относительно эффективных путей противодействия последним. The article deals with the operational and investigative description of thefts, combined with the penetration of housing, other premises or storage facilities. It is determined that modern operative-wanted theft, combined with penetration into a home, another room or storage facility, can be provided by identifying the main characteristics of information about: ways of penetrating the premises; - persons preparing or doing them; the objects of the attack and the place of their sale. So, let's summarize that - in relation to modern methods of penetrating housing, other premises or repositories for the purpose of committing thefts, they should include theft: by using "free" access; damaging or dismounting of shut-off devices, including, by means of the use of specially adapted means; damage to the structural parts of a home, a room or a storage, in particular windows, walls, roofs, etc .; penetration into the home, premises or storage on legal grounds and hiding there until the onset of favorable conditions for the commission of a crime; use of explosives; application of special equipment, including computer equipment; use of special equipment for descending to open windows and balconies; - The most typical places of such thefts include the following: housing citizens in multi-apartment buildings or hostels; private households, cottages, country houses; premises for storage of movable and immovable property (utility rooms), garages; pharmacies and health care facilities; shops and trade pavilions, warehouses; objects belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, armed volunteer battalions, law enforcement agencies; infrastructure objects; cultural and artistic institutions, state institutions and archives; cargo compartments of commercial transport and railway transport objects.
