К. // Право.ua. - 2022. - № 1. - С. 79-85. - DOI: 10.32782/LAW.UA.2022.2.15.Вивчено особливості феномену наркозлочинності в сучасних українських умовах та факторів, що обумовлюють його розвиток.The purpose of this paper is to study features of the phenomenon of drug-related crimes in modern Ukraine and factors contributing to it. Results of this study are as follows. First, we postulate that social and economic changes of recent decades caused significant tensions in Ukrainian society, including military conflict in Donbass. These factors contribute to the growth of drug-related crimes. Aggravating the situation, there is significant inefficiency of the agencies of criminal justice in investigating and preventing these crimes coupled with the frequent failure to register such criminal activities. Second, increase of drug-related crimes is closely related to the growth of illegal drug market, both through expansion of foreign drug cartels and through establishment of local networks of producers and traders. Therefore, drug industry plays a role of significant factor of the drug-related crimes. Third, we highlight three groups of factors that, taken together, condition necessity to counteract drug-related crimes. Those are (1) conditions causing spreading of drug abuse, (2) conditions causing drug-related crimes in a given area and (3) criminogenic factors attendant to the basic forms of social activity performed by the state. These factors, being determined, serve as guiding lined of the strategy and tactics of the measures to combat drug-related crimes. Fourth, each group of criminogenic factors plays its part in formulating strategy and tactics to combat drugrelated crimes. Practical implications of this study relate to gaining a better understanding of the factors conditioning drug-related crimes in order to formulate efficient strategical and tactical decisions to combat them.Изучены особенности феномена наркопреступности в современных украинских условиях и факторов, обусловливающих его развитие.ukКримінологія.
