На підставі наукового дослідження запропоновано внести відповідні зміни до національного законодавства. Наприклад, обґрунтовано доцільність прийняття комплексного наказу щодо Національної поліції України, в якому на підставі науково виваженого підходу необхідно передбачити нормативи з фізичної підготовки для кандидатів на посади в різні підрозділи поліції.The norms of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police» for establishing requirements for the applicants for service in the National Police of Ukraine have been analyzed. Based on the scientific research the appropriate amendments to the national legislation have been offered. Thus, the author has grounded the expediency of adopting a comprehensive regulation within the National Police of Ukraine, which on the basis of scientific balanced approach will contain the standards in physical training for the applicants for various units of the National Police of Ukraine. The author has grounded that considering the level of corruption in law enforcement agencies and the need to select conscientious and moral specialists for the National Police it is advisable to make the testing polygraph procedure mandatory while recruiting applicants for the police service The author has also suggested to supplement the list of persons, who can not be police officers enshrined in p. 2 of the Art. 61 of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police» with the following categories: a person, who is a member of a political party; a person, whose age exceeds the maximum age limit for the police service. The following wording has been offered for the c. 6 of the p. 2 of the Art. 61 of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police»: «a person refusing the procedure of special checking or polygraph testing while applying for the police service or did not pass inspection or testing, as well as a person refusing the procedure for issuing admission to state secrets, if such an admission is required for performing official duties».Проанализированы нормы закона Украины «О Национальной полиции», устанавливающие требования к кандидатам на службу в Национальной полиции Украины. На основании научного исследования предложено внести соответствующие изменения в национальное законодательство. Так, обоснована целесообразность принятия комплексного приказа по Национальной полиции Украины, в котором на основании научно взвешенного подхода необходимо предусмотреть нормативы по физической подготовке для кандидатов на должности в разные подразделения полиции.otherАдміністративне право та процес.
