Для цього проведено аналіз туристичних потоків, в результаті якого розроблена модель, що дозволяє виділити домінуючі фактори, що впливають на обсяг туристичних потоків: середньомісячна заробітна плата. У роботі використано економетричне моделювання. На основі офіційних статистичних даних проаналізовано можливості туристичної діяльності в Полтавській області, основні тенденції розвитку ринку туризму в регіоні. На основі моделі є можливим дослідження структур, відповідальних за розвиток регіону з точки зору туризму з метою визначення стійкості економіки туризму і стратегічного планування. Important task for the tourism is the structural analysis of the factors that influence its development with the aim to define key factors which are mostly connected with the regional system development in general. For that purpose the analysis of the tourist flows is made, in the result of which the model is developed, that allows defining dominating factors, which influence the volume of the tourist flows: average monthly salary. In the paper the economic modeling was used. On the basis of the official statistical data opportunities of the tourist activities in Poltava region and main tendencies of the tourism market development in the region were analyzed.
