Форум права 5 (2017): 39–43.Показано взаємозв’язок між володінням оперативною обстановкою в сфері житлово-комунального господарства і ефективним оперативним обслуговуванням зазначеної сфери економіки. Підкреслено, що житлово-комунальне господарство – одна з важливих галузей міського господарства, яка забезпечує життєдіяльність міста, зокрема забезпечення населення, підприємств і організацій необхідними житлово-комунальними послугами.There are in the article relationship between possession of operational environment in the sphere of housing and communal services and effective operational services of the specified sphere of economy are shown. It is concluded that in order to implement the activities of the National Police's Economic Protection Departments in combating crime in the housing and communal services sector, employees of the economic protection units as part of the implementation of the relevant operational and search measures need to be aware of the general characteristics of the housing and communal services in general and on specific service area. It is stressed that the employees of the designated units first of all have to know the list of bodies that ensure implementation of the state policy, organization and implementation of measures in the sphere of housing and communal services. It was stated that in order to properly fulfill the tasks of combating crime in the sphere of housing and communal services and infrastructure, employees of the economic protection units must constantly monitor the economic situation and financial results of the enterprises of the investigated sphere of the economy, as well as monitor the operational environment, the state of activity and development of the objects of housing and communal services. This is possible only through constant work on obtaining up-to-date information of the state, legislative stories, personnel and structural changes in the sphere of housing and communal services.Показана взаимосвязь между владением оперативной обстановкой в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и эффективным оперативным обслуживанием указанной сферы экономики. Подчеркнуто, что жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство – одна из важных отраслей городского хозяйства, которая обеспечивает жизнедеятельность города, в частности обеспечение населения, предприятий и организаций необходимыми жилищно-коммунальными услугами.otherКримінально-процесуальне право.
